ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) DEBIT, AND ELECTRONIC FILING (E-FILE) USERS
As an EFT debit user or e-filer, you can initiate your payment any time during the month and set a future date for payment. The transaction must be completed by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the date listed below. If the payment is not complete by 11:59 p.m., a penalty will be assessed.
ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT) CREDIT USERS
Your bank may have its own guidelines for EFT. EFT credit users are responsible for contacting their bank to ensure funds are deposited in the state’s bank no later than 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on the payment due date listed below.
PENALTIES WILL BE DUE IF PAYMENTS ARE NOT INITIATED OR RECEIVED ON TIME. THE FUNDS MUST BE DEPOSITED IN THE STATE’S BANK BY THE PAYMENT DUE DATES LISTED BELOW.

- Due date: 04/15/22
- 9% penalty begins: 04/16/22
- 19% penalty begins: 06/01/22
- 29% penalty begins: 07/01/22
